Q: How do I prepare the tea?
A: Our tea comes LOOSE and ready to go, straight out the bag. Preparing it is easy!
- Bring a cup of water to a boil.
- Pop open your bag and grab a teaspoon.
- Scoop out 1 teaspoon, leveled out.
- Toss your teaspoon of herbs into a teabag and seal it.
- Turn off heat, cover and steep for 15 minutes.
- Enjoy twice a day and feel the healing!
Q: Can I sweeten the tea?
A: We recommend Organic Blue Agave, an all-natural sweetener. Avoid processed sugar and honey.
Q: How many cups of tea can I drink per day?
A: Our 14/28 day packs come with two cups of tea per day. Each cup should contain 1 tsp of herbs. Always start your day with a cup in the morning. You can have your second cup whenever you like! Some people drink more than two cups per day, which is completely safe! We use all-natural, alkaline herbs that assimilate with the body. The more minerals, the better!
Q: When will I feel results?
A: The time it takes to feel results, of course, varies from person to person. It depends on how long you've had anxiety and how healthy you are, overall. We ask everyone to try the tea for at least 30 days. Some feel results on the very first day, some may take a few weeks. We believe everyone, no matter how severe the case, will feel some level of results within 30 days!
