THE INGREDIENTS

Our original Anxiety-Free Tea is a result of tireless research to find the perfect blend of herbs scientifically proven to target the root cause of Anxiety disorder.

Our herbal blend comes fresh, in LOOSE form and includes:  

  • Blue Vervain(Verbana hastata) 
  • Elderberry(Sambucus Nigra)
  • Burdock root(Actium lappa)
  • Fennel seeds(Foeniculum vulgare) 
  • Sarsaparilla root(Smilax medica)
  • Damiana(Turnera diffusa)
  • Dandelion Root(Taraxacum)

HOW TO PREPARE?

  1. Bring 2 cups of Spring water to a boil
  2. Turn heat to low
  3. Scoop ONE teaspoon of tea into the pot
  4. Cover the pot
  5. Steep for 20 minutes
  6. ENJOY TWICE PER DAY! (Strain if you didn't use a teabag)

Minimized my anxiety due to paranoid schizo drastically

I drank this tea and it heals my brain in a way, I feel calmer and more clarity in thinking. I drink this tea 30 minutes before my prescription abilify and klonopin and a bit early around 10pm before sleep. The key is to be consistent with this tea. I’m still on my meds but hopefully the Klonopin can be gradually reduced until it is waned out completely.

This tea has saved my life. I’ve been drinking the AFT now for going on a little over 3 months now.
